We are sending out a call for nominations for Directors of the Canadian Volvo Club. At the Fall Annual meeting, Sunday, November 16th, we will be electing 2 Directors for club. They will be elected for a 3-year term. Bill Dampier’s and Tony Giverin’s terms are up – both have indicated they will let their name stand for re-election.
Please refer to the Canadian Swedish Iron Inc. By-laws regarding these positions. Any current member of the club is eligible to serve. The nomination should include the signatures of the nominator (who must also be a current member of the club) and the nominee, plus a statement by the nominee. The name and statement will be published in the next edition of the newsletter.
